NATA-traceable calibration across electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature, and biomedical equipment. Every service includes a certificate documenting results, standards used, and the traceability chain.
NATA-traceable calibration across every instrument type
FWC Calibration provides NATA-traceable calibration and validation across New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Our reference standards are calibrated by NATA-accredited laboratories and we operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, so every certificate carries an unbroken, documented traceability chain back to national standards — the evidence your auditor actually needs.
From a single instrument to an entire production line, we calibrate electrical, mechanical, torque, pressure, flow, temperature, humidity and biomedical equipment. Every job returns as-found and as-left readings, measurement uncertainty, a recommended recalibration interval and a tamper-evident asset tag.
On-site or in-lab, whichever suits you
Our mobile units bring traceable reference standards to your facility, so instruments that cannot be moved — weighbridges, fixed pressure systems, production tooling — are calibrated on-site with minimal downtime. Equipment that is easier to send comes to our Werrington lab, with a standard 3–5 day turnaround and 24–48 hour express when you need it.
Calibration guides
New to calibration or preparing for an audit? Our guides cover the essentials: NATA-traceable vs NATA-accredited calibration, how often to calibrate your equipment, and torque wrench calibration.

Every calibration service we offer
Fourteen disciplines, one provider, one certificate format and one recall date. Most sites send us a mixed instrument list rather than booking a single service.
Electrical and electronic
- Electrical calibration — multimeters, clamp meters, insulation and earth testers, process calibrators, oscilloscopes.
- Conductivity calibration — meters, probes and sensors for water treatment, food and laboratory use.
Mechanical, dimensional and mass
- Mechanical calibration — callipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, force gauges.
- Torque calibration — wrenches, screwdrivers, multipliers and transducers, aligned with ISO 6789.
- Scale and balance calibration — analytical balances, bench and platform scales, weighbridges.
- Mass validation — OIML and ASTM class test weights, verified and certified.
Pressure, flow and process
- Pressure & flow calibration — gauges, transmitters, transducers, switches and test pumps.
- Flow meter calibration — liquid and gas flow instruments, including ultrasonic meters.
Temperature, humidity and environmental
- Temperature & humidity calibration — thermometers, probes, thermocouples, chambers.
- Temperature mapping — multi-point studies for cold rooms, warehouses, fridges and vehicles.
- Data logger validation — temperature, humidity and pressure loggers for pharma, food and cold chain.
- Autoclave validation — steriliser temperature, pressure and load mapping.
Healthcare and compliance
- Biomedical equipment calibration — patient-safety and clinical equipment for healthcare facilities.
- Compliance reporting — documentation for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and audit readiness.
What every certificate includes
Whichever calibration services you book, the certificate format is the same: as-found readings before any adjustment, as-left readings after, the measurement uncertainty, the reference standards used and their traceability, and a recommended recalibration date.
The as-found data is the part auditors read first — it is what tells you whether the measurements you already acted on were sound. We do not issue pass-only certificates, because they cannot answer that question.
