FWC Calibration is a NATA-traceable calibration services provider based in Werrington, Western Sydney. We deliver traceable calibration of electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature, and biomedical instruments to customers across NSW, ACT, VIC, and the Northern Territory — on-site at your facility or in our Werrington lab.

We calibrate the test, measurement, and monitoring instruments that regulated industries depend on. Our reference standards are calibrated by NATA-accredited laboratories, so every measurement we issue is traceable back to NATA-accredited national standards. What our calibration laboratory actually holds
Being precise about credentials matters more in this industry than in most, because the wrong claim on a certificate can invalidate an audit. So, plainly:
- We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. That governs how we calibrate, how we record results and how we control our reference standards.
- Our reference standards are calibrated by NATA-accredited laboratories. That is what makes your results traceable to NATA-accredited national standards, through a documented, unbroken chain.
- We are NATA-traceable. We are not ourselves a NATA-accredited laboratory. For the large majority of ISO 9001-certified manufacturers, traceable calibration satisfies clause 7.1.5.2 in full — and where it genuinely does not, we say so rather than sell around it.

How we work
From our Werrington laboratory we run mobile units across New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Portable instruments come to the lab; weighbridges, cold rooms, installed pressure systems and production tooling are calibrated where they sit, in the conditions they actually operate in.
Every job produces the same certificate: as-found readings before adjustment, as-left readings after, measurement uncertainty, the reference standards used, and a recommended recalibration date. We do not issue pass-only certificates, because an auditor cannot do anything with one.
