FWC Calibration provides NATA-traceable calibration across greater Sydney. Our laboratory is at 32 Cargo St, Werrington, and our mobile units cover the metropolitan area from the CBD to the Northern Beaches, the Sutherland Shire and the Macarthur region. Most instruments are calibrated on-site in a single visit, and everything we touch comes back with a certificate.

Sydney industries we work with
Hospitals and healthcare. Public and private hospitals, day surgeries, pathology collection centres and medical imaging practices. Biomedical equipment, autoclaves, vaccine and specimen refrigeration, and the temperature monitoring that sits behind cold-chain compliance.
Universities and research. Teaching and research laboratories across the Sydney campuses, where analytical balances, incubators, fridges and freezers all need documented calibration to keep results defensible and grant conditions satisfied.
Pharmaceutical and life sciences. Manufacturing, compounding and distribution sites needing temperature mapping, autoclave validation and data logger verification against TGA expectations.
Food production and hospitality. Commercial kitchens, food manufacturers, cold storage and distribution — probe thermometers, cool room monitoring and scales, calibrated to keep HACCP records standing up to audit.
Data centres and critical infrastructure. Electrical test equipment, environmental monitoring and pressure instrumentation across facilities where downtime is measured in dollars per minute.
Property, facilities and building services. HVAC contractors, building management, and the electrical and mechanical instruments used for compliance testing across Sydney’s commercial buildings.
On-site calibration across Sydney
On-site is the default for most Sydney work. It avoids taking instruments out of service, and it removes the freight risk of shipping delicate equipment across the city. Our vans carry the reference standards and environmental monitoring needed to do the work properly at your premises.
Metropolitan on-site visits are generally scheduled within 5 business days. Laboratory work runs 3 to 5 business days plus transport. For urgent or breakdown work, call 0409 663 566 — we will tell you honestly whether we can meet your deadline before you commit.
For multi-site operations, we schedule recurring visits aligned to your audit cycle and track every asset’s due date, so equipment does not fall out of certification between visits.
Sydney calibration FAQ
How quickly can you get to a Sydney site?
Standard on-site visits across the metropolitan area are usually scheduled within 5 business days, and often sooner. Urgent breakdown work can frequently be accommodated within 48 hours — call rather than email if the job is time-critical.
Are your certificates NATA accredited?
FWC Calibration is not a NATA-accredited laboratory. Our reference standards are calibrated by NATA-accredited laboratories, which is what gives our measurements traceability to national standards, and we operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Calibrations are documented to ISO/IEC 17025 principles. Where your procurement specifically requires an accredited laboratory, say so before booking and we will confirm scope rather than let you find out later.
Do you service the whole of greater Sydney?
Yes — from the Blue Mountains through to the coast, and from the Central Coast fringe down to Macarthur and the Illawarra edge. If you are outside that footprint, ask anyway; we also cover the ACT, Victoria and the Northern Territory.
